I am Ivett Schrammel, a psychologist, NLP master practitioner - coach, therapist, MBCT mindfulness teacher, mother of three girls. I was born in Budapest in 1973, I visited 3 countries in almost 5 years: I lived in Austria and Malta, the longest - 4 years - in Gibraltar. I am currently available in Budapest again, personally as well.
I deal with psychological counseling, coaching, self-awareness, self-improvement trainings, I manage and lead individual and group mindfulness trainings. For 20 years, I have been helping those who turn to me with their spiritual-, life management-, relationship problems, in an integrative, positive, future - and goal - oriented approach. I have also been working via Skype for 8 years, which is available from anywhere in the world.
I focus mainly on Hungarians living abroad, psychosomatic problems as well as the difficulties of integration, adaptation and relationship-building which may arise from immigration.
The methods I use include NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), Schema Therapy, Schema Couples Therapy, Schema Therapy for Children and Adolescents, Brainspotting (mindfulness based trauma therapy), various relaxation - meditation - imagination methods, self-healing techniques, MBSR - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and MBCT - Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), Progressive Relaxation, Simonton Training, Autogenic Training, OH association cards, Assertive Communication and Bach Flower Therapy.
I believe that every person is special and talented in something, you just have to find the right way to unfold. I believe that every human being is born for happiness, and will achieve this if they are in their right place in life, if they truly go on their own path. My job is to help and accompany these people in finding this path, getting to know and unfolding their true selves.
