(II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the business (hereinafter referred to as: Government Decree), informs the consumers about the followings electronically, before concluding a contract between absentees:

Consumer rights are regulated in the Government Decree 17/1999. (II. 5.), in summary:
The consumer has the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal can be exercised
o after taking receipt of the product,
o or in the case of a servicee, after concluding the contract
In the case of a written withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the statement of withdrawal to the service provider within 14 working days. The buyer can withdraw from the purchase without financial consequences if he is able to return the product in its original condition. If damage has occurred in the product, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the Service Provider. "Nap-Mandala Kft" is obliged to return the price of the goods together with the costs related to the order within 30 days, while the buyer is obliged to bear the cost of returning the product.

1. Implied Warranty
In what cases can you exercise your right to implied warranty?
In the event of incorrect performance on the part of Nap-Mandala Kft., You may assert a claim for implied warranty against the company in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.
What rights do you have based on your warranty claim?
You can choose to have the following implied warranty claims:
You can request repair or replacement unless it is impossible to meet the need you have chosen or it would incur a disproportionate additional cost to the business compared to meeting other needs. If you have not requested or could not request repair or replacement, you may request a proportionate reduction in the price or you may repair the failure yourself at the company`s expense, or you may have it repaired by someone else or, ultimately, you may withdraw from the contract.
You can switch from one of your chosen implied warranty rights to another, but you will bear the cost of this change, unless it was justified or it was given reason by the company.
What is the deadline for you to enforce your warranty claim?
You must report the failure immediately after it is discovered, but no later than two months after the failure is discovered. However, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that you may no longer exercise your warranty rights beyond the limitation period of two years from the performance of the contract. In the case of a second-hand object, this time limit is…, but not more than one year.
Against whom can you assert your implied warranty claim?
You can enforce your implied warranty claim against the company.
What other conditions does enforcing your warranty rights have?
Within six months of the performance, there are no other conditions for enforcing your warranty claim beyond giving notification of the error, if you prove that the product or service was provided by Nap-Mandala Kft. However, after six months from the date of performance, you must prove that the failure you identified already existed at the time of performance.
2. Product warranty
In what cases can you exercise your product warranty right?
In the event of a failure in a chattel (product), you may, at your option, assert the right or product warranty claim specified in point 1.
What rights do you have under your product warranty claim?
As a product warranty claim You can only request the defective product to be repaired or replaced.
In which case is the product considered defective?
A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time of placing on the market, or if it does not have the characteristics specified by the manufacturer.
What is the deadline for you to enforce your product warranty claim?
You can assert your product warranty claim within two years of the product being placed on the market by the manufacturer. Upon expiry of this period, you lose this right.
Against whom and under what other conditions can you assert your product warranty claim?
You can only enforce a product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable item. You are the one who must prove the failure of the product in the event of a product warranty claim.
In which cases is the manufacturer (distributor) released from its product warranty obligation?
The manufacturer (distributor) is released from its product warranty obligation only if he can prove that:
- the product was not manufactured or marketed in the course of his business activities, or
- the failure was not detectable at the time of placing on the market according to the state of technology and science, or
- the failure of the product results from the application of legislation or a mandatory official regulation.
It is sufficient for the manufacturer (distributor) to prove one reason for being exempt.
Let me draw your attention that due to the same error, you cannot claim an implied warranty and a product warranty at the same time, in parallel. However, if your product warranty claim is successfully enforced, you can assert your warranty claim against the manufacturer for the replaced product or repaired part.
